The necklace consists of two pieces, a pendant and a chain, both very decorated. Starting from the pendant, the first thing to point out is the cabochon sapphire heart, which decorates the central part; all around we then have a decoration that somewhat recalls the shape of the heart, in 18K white gold and embellished with huit huit cut diamonds. Connected
