棉布的學問比想像中多，大家已知的磅數僅限消費者/使用者的考慮角度，從製作到成本真係大開眼界。這次選用的斜紋棉布是我的主張，想保留表面的斜紋，無論上視覺或觸覺上都有明顯的質感。然而，接下來要面對的是摺疊測試，因應不同車縫方法對會否造成摺痕做多番試版。一向我們的內縫車法令袋身俐落修身，但棉布的摺痕差別在於多少，並不可能全無。所以，我們要依賴部分外包邊和含邊的做法支撐袋身，撐起棉布，減少長時間壓住棉布。所有布料均有毛球的問題只是多少的分別，而斜紋個人認為較容易打理，而且不影響外觀和材質。
