The incredibly light and delicate black silk is ebroidered all over with layers of black sequins and beading in an elaborate, textured floral pattern. A classic semi straight cut style that skims the hips, it has bracelet length sleeves and a fun, kicky car wash hem for movement (that is also entirely covered in sequins). Elegant
