Hedges Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain 2023 (750ml) Madeira along with earthy notes ofEstate grown, Biodynamic Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Franc grapes undergo a brief cold soak before fermentation and barrel aging for nearly two years in approximately 50% new oak (mostly French with some American oak). The result is a highly detailed red with great staying power. Bold and complex flavors of black cherry, cassis, cedar, graphite, and vanilla. Vegan friendly.
