The grapes are harvested by hand and then undergo a light pre-fermentation maceration at 8ºC to extract the aromatic potential

This third wine - Saint Jacques de Siran – is composed of fruit from sites which sit just outside of the Margaux appellation so therefore is classified as Bordeaux Supérieur

There is a certain freshness to this wine reflecting the bracing Atlantic influence of its origin

They have been producing this style since their first vintage in 2012
