Corino Giovanni di Corino Giuliano, Barolo `Giachini`, 2021 (Case) 38 This really does pair beautifullyThe wine has a deep, herbal, smoky nose with aromas of ripe red berries, cedar, dried flowers, mint and some spice. The palate is layered with notes of black cherries, smoke, tobacco, liquorice, dried herbs and is intense, supple and forward. The finish is long and fragrant with notes of chocolate, making for a wine with plenty of character and excellent depth.
