The combination of fantastic terroir, adherence to long standing family tradition, and strong passion for wine, all show through. This is hugely enjoyable on its own, but also makes for a versatile pairing. Seafood and Loire Whites are a match made in heaven but this wine suits scallops, monkfish or even a Loire goats cheese and crusty bread.
