Court Garden Ditchling White 2021 IGT He chooses to work outsideThis Court Garden Ditchling White is a blend of Pinot Gris and Ortega. Following a good summer ripening the Pinot Gris was part barrel fermented in French oak adding a delicate hint of vanilla to this medium bodied dry wine. Aromas and flavours of green apple, pear, zesty lime and ripe grapefruit mingle in the nose and mouth.
