There are a few nice restaurants and bars on the block and the concert hall THE ROMA is just two corners away. I mostly rent out the top floor of the place but when I am away myself there is the option of renting the whole place as well. It is 3 stories high with 2 3 rooms on each floor. Most spaces have ample light and I like to decorate the
