The leading variety is the Dabuki, an ancient and traditional Israeli variety which gives the wine a rich nose. When blended with the other varieties it exudes floral and fruit aromas combined with reserved seasoning. The wine is characterized by a soft and pleasant texture, and a juicy combination between
