Giving this scrap fabric a purpose (a super cute one at that) means Swim by Elly produces less waste! The scrunchies are not only made from ECONYL recycled nylon but are also themselves recycling offcuts into something useful (and cute!!!). As the Eco Scrunchies are made from swimwear fabric, they can be worn in water over and over again unlike regular cotton
