Constipation is a common side effect of weight management and diabetes medications like semaglutide (Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro)
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist available as weekly injection (Ozempic for diabetes, Wegovy for weight management) or daily oral tablet (Rybelsus for diabetes only)
Interestingly, in one study, both GSH and GSSG worked in achieving the skin lightening effect, which appears to be very gradual and will take weeks to develop.23 The impact on pigmentation is transient, so you need to continue using glutathione to maintain the skin-whitening effect
