Decreased appetite was the most frequently reported AE in the FAERS database, including exenatide (n = 6,125, 58.61%), dulaglutide (n = 2,331, 48.09%), liraglutide (n = 1,174, 41.05%), semaglutide (n = 1,377, 47.40%), and tirzepatide (n = 550, 50.51%), with the exception that it is also one of the therapeutic effects of GLP-1 RAs, therefore, decreased appetite was analyzed only at the HLT level (Supplementary Table S2)
