Signs of a severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis) include: Trouble breathing or wheezing Swelling of the lips, face, tongue, or throat Lightheadedness, fainting, or confusion Nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain Widespread hives or itching Sudden drop in blood pressure Call 000 immediately and use an EpiPen if available
