Melting Metropolis collage I grew up in theMixed media (acrylic and colored paper) on Arches watercolor paper Image size 6" x 6", Paper size 10" x 10" Melting Metropolis is an abstract painting created with colored rice paper and acrylic paper. I loved juxtaposing the hard edged architectural rectangles with the loose fluid drips. The analogous warm colors make the painting almost vibrate.
