X-Blue Pigment PekeSecret It provides balanced hydrationX BLUE Made from preservative glycerin, water soluble cosmetic dye and tocopherol WITHOUT parabens, silicone, sulfates, petroleum derivatives and animal oils. Available in format: 120 ml Manual SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE. Use with your favorite Peke Secret shampoo or conditioner. Mix 1 4 cup (60ml 2oz) of Peke Secret products with 1 2 cup of water (120ml 4oz) and 15 to 25 drops of pigment, mix well. Preferably use the Peke Secret mixer.
