Decorative Vintage-Style Handcuffs ball you are in for aA pair of rough finished old timey looking handcuffs, with key. These are very crudely assembled, but solid. Leave 'em on the dining room table when the in laws come over for a great conversation starter, or hang a pair on the wall in the guest room. We were able with much fiddling to get these to actually latch and stay shut. However, they are of course being sold as decor only. Besides, leather cuffs are more comfortable. Or so we're told.
