Its aged initially in lightly charred barrels before being moved into heavily charred American oak for finishing. Whats also curious about this is that its a blend of both column and pot distilled spirit! Perfect for both sipping and mixing. Nose: Super spicy with pepper and cinnamon wrapped up in a tiramisu base, with sharp citrus and vanilla ice
