Description

Unusual and dramatic social film poster - folded as issued to the cinema

This cinema poster is of historic interest as it has on the reverse in blue pen the name and address of the owner which was the "Regal Cinema" in Portland

Neil Simon can be counted on to attempt to make light of the most serious subjects whilst dealing sympathetically too

Also of interest is that just a year later on the English Quad for the Stephen King film we have the American spelling "Pet Sematary"

Stone litho printing is incredible and once you have seen it there is nothing quite like it

Operation Amsterdam Thomas Haustein Unusual and dramatic social filmThis is a British one sheet film poster from 1958 for a film made in black and white with a post marked Canadian Stamp and address to the reverse side. This was director Michael McCarthy's last film and set in 1940 about spies sent to Holland to recover a hoard of industrial diamonds before the Nazi's get them. Printed in England by W. E. Berry of Bradford. Folded film poster.
