Longing Maw – Hope LP Colour:Black fellow composers Ned Sublette andLonging Maw's Hope is named eponymously after poet Emily Dickinson's 'Hope is the thing with feathers' a lyric poem in ballad meter published posthumously as 'Hope' in 1891. Brisbane's Longing Maw credit the title track to Dickinson's work, basing it's music around the ballad.
