Holyrood New Make Crystal Malt 60% 50cl 56.3 creamy chewy toffee fudge withNMS02 is the second release of our Brewer's series and focuses on the ability of specialty malts to deliver flavour into our new make. Here crystal malt, which is a lightly toasted malt, adds a caramel, toffee sweetness to our new make. Nose: Vibrant sweet and creamy notes of caramel and and ground almond. Palate: Malt and soft honey with nutty undertones, caramel and a subtle citrus note, creamy mouthcoating to the finish.
