Montelobos Ensamble First Fill Sherry Puncheon hints of sweet spices andMontelobos Ensamble 45. 3% 70cl A fabulous artisanal mezcal made from papalote agave, with some espadin and tobala varieties in the recipe too. The idea is to showcase the huge spectrum of flavours within the plant, from dense fruits to complex smoke. Nose: Fresh bright and creamy citrus notes opening the nose perfectly, hints of dry oak and soft vanilla pod, spices, dried herbal notes. Palate: Sweet spiced pear, citrus, a touch of flaked almonds,
