Fento 2025 Albarino Rias Baixas October blanched almonds and lemon zestFento is the side project of prestigious winemaker Eulogio Pomares of Bodegas Zarate and his wife Rebeca Montero. Eulogio makes some of Spains greatest white wines in his Zarate single vineyard bottlings. Made from dry farmed, organic vineyards in the driest and warmest subzone of Rias Baixas, this is succulent, aromatic, and loaded with ripe stone fruits, melon, white flowers, and wet stone. Crisp acidity balances the lush fruit and rich texture.
