Robert Stein Farm Series Rosé Pinot Grigio fermented the juice at coolMade from early picked Merlot & Shiraz, the grapes were crushed early in the cool of the morning to retain the fresh fruit characters. The juice was left on skins for a short time, to create a nice lightly coloured Ros. This Rose is clean, with strawberries & sour cherry characters, citrus and spices characters with a refreshing crisp dry finish. This style of Rose is so well suited to long lunches on hot summer days and BBQs.
